At the moment we are shipping products to Greece only.

All completed orders are shipped the next business day.

You should expect a 1 to 3 business day delivery in Athens and a 1 to 5 business day delivery for the rest of Greece.

All orders are shipped via ELTA COURIER. In the event that the shipping address is considered inaccessible, then the shipment is made to the nearest ELTA branch or to the address you will request after consultation.

the shipping cost is €3.50 for all orders.  We offer free shipping for all orders over €40.

To return an item or a shipment, you are required to send the products in the perfect condition in which you received it, within 10 days and without any packaging having been tampered with. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt. Return will be accepted only after company approval. 

In the event of any errors on our part, we shall undertakes to return of any product or shipment the product at our own expense.

In the event that the consumer wishes to return his order on his own accord and without it being a result of errors on our part, all shipping costs will be handled by the consumer  himself.

After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by phone or e-mail about how to process it.

After the return of the product, and if approved by the Company, the customer is compensated by a corresponding deposit to his bank account.
